CHAMPIONSHIP OF THE WORLD, "STRANGLER" LEWIS DEFEATED. (Press Association.— Copyright.) (Received 9.10 a.m.) New York, January 9. At Kansas City, Wayne Munn, the former University Nebraska athlete, won the heavyweight wrestling championship of the world, defeating Ed. ("Stringier") Lewis by two falls in tfrFtee. Munn won the first and third fall, but lost the second on a foul when he lifted Lewis over the ropes and threw him out of the ring.
