MONGOLIA A SOVEIT REPUBLIC.
OCCUPATION BY BOLSHEVIKS. (Press Association.) Loudon, January 4. Tho Riga correspondent of the Times says it is reported from Moscow that Mongolia, has been proclaimed a Soviet Republic, and that, ;i new Government has been formed with Bolsheviks .occupying the principal offices. It has adapted the Bolshevik system to Mongolian conditions. (Mongolia is part of tho outer Chinese teritory, and comprises 1,367,000 square miles, carrying a population of 2,000,000.)
