PARLIAMENT TO BE DISSOLVED. (Press Association. —Copyright.) Received 12.25 p.m.) Capetown, April 7. In the Assembly, General Smuts announced that in view of the Wakkerstroom by-election result, Parliament would be dissolved in a few days.
