We hßve received a copy of the first publication of "The New Zealand Masters and Employers' Journal and Civil Court Record," which is published in Auckland. The journal is very neatly arranged and printed, and contains interesting articles on "After-war Preparations," Mr W. H. Hemingway; "Taxes Versus Loans," by G. M. Fowlds; "HydroElectric Power: The Government Proposals," by S. Irwin Crookes. A matter of interest to business people is the published record in the journal of magistrate court civil business throughout the province.
