BUDD. -'/ WAITOMO COUNTY COUNCIL, Notice of Special Order to author- '. y ise, the Levying of a; "Bridge Rate,*' made' at a Special : ■ ; -\vMeeting of.-'the Waitomo County Council held on Thursday, October 17th, 1918. mHAT in pursuance of Section 97 JLjof the Counties Act, 1908, and Section 79 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and air other Acts and powers enabling it, the Waitomo County Council hereby makes by Special Order, a resolution as follows: "That the Waitomo County Council having first Obtained the consent of the required majority of ratepayers at a poll taken on the'-, 26th day of June, J 918, do hereby make and levy a "Bridge Rate" of onesixteenth of a penny in the pound on the Capital value of all ratable property within the Waitomo County for the purpose of paying interest on loans to be raised from time to time under the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and amendments thereto, for the reconstruction of bridges under the jurisdiction of the Waitomo County Council as provided by Sections 79, 80 and 81 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, and that this resolution be confirmed at a Special Meeting of the -Waitomo County Council to be held on November 27tb, 1918.'' ; A copy of this resolution to be deposited for public. inspection at the County Office, Te Kuiti; from 26th day of October to the 26th day of November, 1918.
