LOYALTY OF DALMATIANS.
FINDING OF COMMISSION. Wellington, Wednesday. The Dalmatians in the Auckland Province are extremely well pleased with the .finding of the Aliens Commission, which inquired into questions affecting their loyalty. Yesterday the Hon. Jas. Allen received the following telegram:— "On behalf of the Jugo-Slav— Southern Slav —Committee and its members, who are deeply touched with your Government Commission's report, I wish to express most devoted thanks for the announcement of such confident statements, which are of extreme importance at thifc. most critical time of the national struggle of freedom and justice. —G,. L. Scanise, President Jugo-Slav Committee representing the London office."
To this telegram Mr Allen sent the following reply:—''Your telegram received. I am pleased to learn that the report of the beard has given satisfaction. The various recommendations will receive the careful consideration of the Government."
