In reply to a question as to closing the Stadium in view of the recent ariti-recruiting demonstration, Mr Holraan said the sudden closing of the sports ground would throw large numbers out of work. Other measures for greatly increasing the numbers available for military service by those engaged in nonproductive work were under consideration.
