UNPRECEDENTED ENTHUSIASM.
Amsterdam, Sunday.
A German official message states that the Germans capfped snormous supplies of *ll kinds in Antwerp, while the number of prisoners cannot be estimated. General Baesaler, who directed the attack, has been decorated. General Baeseler's proclamation wa'na the citizens that refractory conduct will be punished Recording to the laws of war, "and may lead to the destruction of your beautiful city." The fall of Antwerp caused unprecedented enthusiasm in Germany, where it is regarded as tbe beginning of tfce'end. Flags have been hoisted, and crowds of demonstrators are parading tho streets. Wounded soldiers recently arrived at Aix-la-Chapelle, Cologne, and Dusseldorf are covered with flowers and other presents. The Tages Zeitung states that the capture of Antwerp carries with it th» germ of the capture of Paris, and is a most serious blow to Britain.
