WELLINGTON WOOL SALES.
VALUES SLIGHTLY BETTER. Wellington, Wednesday. At the wool sales to-day about 12,000 bales were offered. Bidding was keen for superior and fine wool, the highest price being lljd for a lambswool lot, while prices generally of the last sales were maintained, with slightly improved values for the better crossbreda. Continental buyers bought exenßively, and Bradford strongly, but American buyers were not so well to the fore.
