To the Editor Sir, —Are the teams employed by the borough for carting motal on to the streets carrying a yard or a yard and a half of metal? It appears to myself and others I hat thoy are not carrying more (ban a yard, and in more instances it is very doubtful if even that full measurement is carted. The same applies to earthwork carting, which is at various limes being done. -I am, etc., A RATEPAYER.
