AUCKLAND EDUCATION BOARD.
The following business of local interest was transacted at the meeting of the Auckland Education Board on Wednesday:— Kibikihi. A protest against an election was referred to the school committee. Te Awamutu. The election of the school committee wasdeclared invalid, and a second meeting is to be convened. Okahukura.— A request for a school site was referred to the inspector. Tunakotekote. —The board authorised tne establishment of an aided school. Owhango. —A request for the en largement of the school was referred to the inspector.
