TE KUITI—THURSDAY. Before Messrs Tammadgo and Seymour, J'h.P. Percy A. Halian, travelling between Te Awamulu and Te Kuiti in first-class carriage on second-class ticket. —Convicted and ordered to pay train expenses. Clement John Francis, on three charges—drunk, vagrancy, and theft —was remanded till May ICth. John Keenan, drunk, idle and disorderly, was convicted and sentenced to one month's imprisonment in Auckland prison.
