In the resumed Reichstag debate, Baron von Scholcmer, Minister for Agriculture, said Britain had no duty on imported meat, hence she was in the deplorable position of having to obtain 50 pur cent, of her moat from abroad, It was unnecessary to dwell upon what that would m°an in war time.
