A copy of the warrant has been received by Mr John Tammadgo, the town clerk and returning ofliccr for the Borough of Te Kuiti, making regulations of the district electors' roll, together with copies of the Proclamation dated March 2Kth, 1910, constituting the Borough of Te Kuiti as from April Ist, 1 *)10. The district electors' list is to be inac.lt out by the town clerk by April 13th and preparedj in accordance with the "Municipal" Corporations Act, li.'OS." The town clerk is to keep the list at his office and notify that it is open for inspection as soon as possible after April 13th, 1910. All objections to the list are to to addressed to the town cleric and delivered at his office on or before April 20th, 11)10, when the roll is finally closed. The first election of Mayor and Councillors is to be held on Wednesday, May 4th, 1910, and the first meeting of the Council on Friday, May (Uh, 1910, at half-past seven o'clock in the evening at Mattaway'B Hall, Te Kuiti.
