A REVISED LETTER.
Leon Krocker, of St. James, Minn., was laboriously cracking the hundreds of eggs which go into the breakfast for Company C the other morning at Cajnp Campbell, when something odd abtrat one of the eggs caught his eye. Krocker, the alert K.P., investigated. Pencilled on the egg shell was, “Miss Pat Donovan, Foley, Minn.” Krocker wrote to Miss Donovan, whose home is less than 100 miles from his. The other day he got a reply containing the information that Miss Donovan is “only 13 years old.” But, she added, if L have a sister 16, if you would rather write to her.” Krocker is composing another letter.
