COMMUNISTS HOWLED DOWN
LONDON, September 7. Princess Mary visited Rotherham to open a hospital extension. Communists gathered in the main square, displaying a. poster: “Does Royalty Matter? Workers, Think!” A meeting began at which a speaker declared that the Royal Family were parasites. A working man shouted, “Get down, you dirty deg! How much is Moscow paying you?” The crowd broke up the meeting and enthusiastically greeted the Princess.
