AUSTRALIAN GOLF TEAM. ARRIVE IN NEW ZEALAND. (Per United Press Assn.) AUCKLAND, Last Night. ! The New South Wales’ golf team, comprising E. L. Apperley (Captain), C. C. Ruwald, P. F. Hughes. W. R. Dobson and H. M. Cutler, arrived in Auckland "by the Wanganelia. Dr. Sidney Jones, a member of the New South Wales’ Golf Council, accompanied the team. The visitors were welcomed on behalf of the New Zealand Golf Council. Apperley, who besides being Captain is Manager and Sole Selector of the team, and when asked Ms opinion of its prospects, appeared quietly confident.
