At tbe Supreme Court today, JUgtlc Blair sentenced the following prison era: Frank Fish, for aesault on 1 woman, causing actual bodily harm three months’ gaol. His Honour re marked that he «.u quite satisfied tbi offence was due to drink. Edward Robert Kellett, with Intent to commit rape, two years' hard la bour, followed by reformative detention not exceeding three years. Tlrl Kalwaul and Harry Beach, breaking, entering and theft, two years’ Borstal. Joe Hoera, on a charge of assault, was found not guilty and discharged.
