year brought a quick declaration from Senator Reed, an administration spokesman, that this Government expected to make the debt collection.. Foreign nations will not have to make any debt payments to the United States under the one year moratorium until next December and if there is any hint at continuation of that moratorium, Mr Reed said he did not know of it.
