EMPLOYEES TO BE PAID FOR HOLIDAYS EMPLOYERS DECISION TO KEEP FACTORIES OPEN Australian Press Assn. CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. As the result of the recent decision of the Arbitration Court, that employees will be entitled to be paid wages if the hoot factories remained closed, as was intended for a peroid Of a few weeks over the holidays, the boot manufacturers bave decided to keep their factories open as usual. It is possible that, as a further result of the decision, a number of un skilled workers will be permanently dismissed.
