BULGARIA.
Reed this day, 8.30 a.m SOFIA, Oct 3. In a semi-official statement, replying to the French and Rus* sian Press, Bulgaria states she issued the mobilisation orJe: to face the new situation and assure herself of her national existence in the future. She threatened nobody* hoping still for a pacific, settlement, taking her interests into account. The semiofficial Journal, Narodniprava, says the Government is not wise in following tha policy of adventure. The coutvry i can be assumed will not adopt any hasty action and if obliged fo make armed intervention, it will be on'iy after all peaceful methods have been exhausted. Th 3 Turco-Bulgarian agreement is the first fruhs of the Govern*: ment's policy and other successes will follow.
Recruits Revolt,
PARIS, October 3 Recruits at Tatar Pazarbzik came into blows with the agents of the military authorities. Several were killed and injured.
