PAIRS TOURNAMENT
WINNING SKIP TO CANDY
Conditions for bowling were ideal at Kerepehi on Monday, Labour Day, when the Kerepehi Bowling Club held a progressive pairs tournament. Play commenced at 9.30 a/m. with good entries and continued till early afternoon. A play-off was necessary to decide the winning skip, W. H. Candy defeating F. Scott, while in the heads Mr Lawrence proved the winner.
