Public Notice COUNTY OF COROMANDEL RECONSTRUCTION AND ADDITION TO COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOAN 1950 £4700 The Coromandel County Council having obtained the sanction of the Local Government Loans Board, hereby gives notice pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and any other Act'or Amendments it thereto enabling, that it is proposed to raise a loan of £4700 for reconstructing and adding a new wing to the Council Chambers. (a) The particular purpose for which the loan is required is:— The reconstructing and adding a new wing to the County Council Chambers ' in Coromandel. , (b) The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purposes is: £4700 as estimated by Architect and checked over by Government technical advisers. (c) The proposed security and provision for repayments of the loan is:— . A Special rate of eleven one hundredths of a penny in the £ on the Capital Value of all# Rateable property in the County of Coromandel, to provide for payment of interest at £3/5/- per centum per annum and repayment of principal by equal aggregate annual or halfyearly instalments extend'ing over the term of 20 years. (d) No amount of the Interest or Principal will be paid out of the Loan. (e) The cost of raising the Loan, if any, not exceeding one half per centum of any amount raised will be paid out of the Loan. PLANT LOAN 1950 £26,000 The Coromandel County Council having obtained the sanction of the Local Government Loans Board, hereby gives notice pursuant to the provisions of Section 10 of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926, and any other Acts or Amendments' it thereunto enabling, that it is proposed to raise a loan of £26,000 for purchasing and installing plant and equipment. (a) The sum proposed to be borrowed for such purposes is: £26,000. (b) The proposed security and provision for repayment of . the loan is:— A Special Rate of one penny and five one hundredths of a penny in the pound on the Capital Value of all Rateable property in the County of Coromandel, to provide for payment of interest at £3 5s per centum per annum and repayment of principal by equal aggregate annual or half yearly instalments extending over the term of 10 years. (c) No amount of the Interest or Principal will be paid out of the Loan. (d) The Cost of raising the Loan, if any, not exceeding one half per centum of any amount raised will be paid out of the Loan.
