Mrs C. H. Waite has returned to Ngatea after having spent a very enjoyable month’s holiday in Auckland. Mrs W. R. A. Harris, of Ngatea, was a recent visitor to Auckland. Mr and Mrs D. A. Waite and daughter, Margaret, of Ngatea, spent the week-end in Auckland. •
Mrs C. S. Peacocke is relieving assistant teacher at the primary department of the Paeroa District High School and her appointment was recently confirmed by the Auckland Education Board.
