' Public Notice COUNTY OF COROMANDEL BRIDGE RATE THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT, 1926 Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1926. and Amendments thereto, if any, the Coromandel County Council has resolved that, ih addition to any general and Special rates authorised by the Counties Act 1920, a Special Rate to be called a BRIDGE RATE be made and levied for the purpose of providing funds for the reconstruction of bridges under the jurisdiction of the Said Council. Such Rate not in any one year exceeding the amount of one halfpenny in the Pound on the Capital Value of all Rateable property in the County and such rate being of such annual amount as the Council may each year and from year to year fix by. I, Ernest Deeble, Chairman of the Coromandel County Council, hereby give notice in pursuance of Section II of the Lotal Bodies Loan Act, 1926, The Local Election of Polls Act and Amendments thereto and of all other Acts thereto pertaining, that a poll of Ratepayers of the County of Corotaandel will be taken on the above mentioned proposal on Friday, July 28, 1950, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the undermentioned Polling places:— Coromandel, Courthouse; Kennedy Bay, The Hall; Whitianga, The Hall; Coroglen, The Halt; Port Charles, the School; Port Jackson, Mr J.
