NEW CALL BOX
ONE IN PORRITT STREET CHAMBER NOT SATISFIED “I am pleased to be able to advise you that the installation of a public call ibox in Porritt street has now been completed,” wrote the postmaster at Paeroa, Mr C. W. Williams, to the February meeting of the Paeroa Chamber of Commerce.
Members expressed opinions that the call box had not been placed in the most convenient place but that it would be wise to take no further action in the meantime.
