THROWN FROM HORSE
LARGE BOULDERS ON ROAD ACCIDENT AT TEREREfc’GA Injuries to his leg necessitating hospital treatment were recently received by Mr Tony Bonkovitch who thrown from his horse when it stepped on one of the large boulders on the Tererenga-owera road, Whangapoua. This matter was reported to the Coromandel County Council by Cf. Purdom and was discussed at its May meeting in Coromandel. The chairman, Mi- E. Deeble, pointed out that the contract for that road was not yet completed.
