USE OF DOMAIN
PAEROA RUGBY UNION NO REDUCTION IN RENTAL Application for the use of the Paeroa domain for the coming season at a reduced rental was made by the Paeroa Rugby Union at the April meeting of the Paeroa Borough Council. The council declined to make any reduction in rental and permission to use the grounds was granted upon the terms operative in previous years. The percentages of takings to be paid to the Paeroa Borough Council is as follows: For all Thames Valley representative fixtures 10 per cent, of the total gate and stand takings; for all other fixtures 20 per cent, of all gate and stand takings, including season tickets. Where the total amount payable in respect of one fixture exceeds the amount of £5O then any excess of that amount is to be computed at the rate of 10 per cent.
