NEW ENGINEER
HAURAKI CATCHMENT BOARD MAN COMING FROM ENGLAND The third of the assistant engineers to the Hauraki Catchment Board will he Mr J. D. Watts, of Wallasey, Cheshire, England. Mr Watts holds the degree of Bachelor of Engineering, Liverpool University, and is aged 27 years, and single. He is a Rugby football captain, and was a prisoner of War during the Second World War. As soon as a passage can be arranged Mr Watts will leave England and will take up his duties on arrival in New Zealand.
