The Agency will be open for business on alternate Tuesdays (Sale Days) between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2.15 p.m. HAURAKI PLAINS WEST DRAINAGE B°ARD NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER Notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Hauraki Plains West Drainage Board, held on Tuesday, the 2nd day of September, 1947, a resolution the purport of which is set out below was passed and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at the ordinary meeting of the Board, to be held on Wednesday, the Ist day of October, 1947, at 11 a.m. at the Office of the Board at Ngatea. A copy of such resolution is deposited at the Office of the Board at Ngatea and is available for inspection during office hours. PURPORT OF RESOLUTION That the Hauraki Plains _ West Drainage District be subdivided into four subdivisions called the Ngatea-Pipiroa Subdivision, the Waitakaruru Subdivision, the Puhanga Island Subdivision and the Miranda Subdivision respectively, and that the boundaries of the Ngatea-Pipiroa Subdivision, the Waitakaruru Subdivision and the Puhanga Island Subdivision be those existing at the date of this resolution and that the boundaries of the Miranda Subdivision be those defined in the New Zealand Gazette of the 31st day of January; 1946, No. 5 of page 73 as the. area added to such Drainage District and also that the number of trustees to be elected for the NgateaPipiroa Subdivision be four trustees and for each of the other subdivisions one trustee.
