PAEROA LADIES’ HOCKEY TEAM KENNEDY CUP MATCH In the final challenge game for the Kennedy Cup the Paeroa Ladies’ Hockey Club’s team defeated Te Puninga by eight points to two. The game was played at Morrinsville on Saturday afternoon. The Paeroa team played well and the combination of the forwards proved too good for the Te Puninga team. Nola Masters played particularly well to score three runaway goals. Mr Hastie and Mr Craig were the referees. Scores were gained for Paeroa by N. Masters 3, J. Heappey 2, P. Weadon 2, D. Handley 1.
