ANNUAL SHOW
PARADE AT MANGATARATA CHAMPIONSHIP TO A. ARCHER The Mangatarata School Calf Club held its annual show on Tuesday, November 19. A good attendance of parents and residents attended and were entertained to luncheon by the ladies. Messrs Peach and Jones of Maramarua acted as judges l and Mr Harris, Waitakaruru Young Farmers’ Club, acted as associate. Calf rearing: Nancy Harris 1, Jeanette McPherson 2, A. Archer-3. Dairy type, junior: G. McPherson j). Armstrong 2, Bobbie Armstrong 3; senior, A. Archer 1, J. McPherson 2, N. Harris 3. Championship and Veale halter: A. Archer.
