Shortly after lunch the hounds, led by the huntsman from Phkuranga Hunt Club, Mr W. Smith, threw off into Mr Jones’ property where over forty followers took the fences in spectacular style. The hounds moved on down to Mr Hale’s property where a hare was put up and a keen run was enjoyed right across to Mr Bell’s.
