MUSIC AND PLAYS
EVENING AT KEREiPEEHI AN ENJOYABLE PROGRAMME The pupil's from the Vivian Studio recently staged a programme of music, singing and plays in the Kerepeehi Halt The attendance was excellent and. everyone appeared to have enjoyed themselves. The proceeds were handed over to the treasurer of the Kerepeehi Domain Committee. Details of the programme:—Company song: “Joy For All” by 25 young people; recitation: “My Teddy,” Ann Flynn; dolly song: Shona Benney, Lorraine 'Patterson, Iris Kearns, Barbara Ratcliffe, Ann Flynn, Alice Nicholson, Jean Kearns; instrumental: Mrs Vivian (iPiano), Brian Benney (comet), Eddy Quinn (piano accordian), G. Vivian (baritone); tap dance: Lorraine,Patterson; accordian selections: Jean Murray; song: Vay Vivian; pianoforte solo: Judit Hill; recitation: Max Vivian; play: His Majesty's Inspector '(l5 young children); pianoforte solo: Peter Connor; recitation: Maureen Nicholson; march, piano and baritone: Don Vivian and G. Vivian; pianoforte solo: Judith iHill; recitation: ter song: M'ax Vivian; piano solo: Maureen Nicholson; recitation: Max Vivian; pianoforte solo: Don Vivian; “(Haunted House”: a play in which the following young people took part and caused considerable amusement, Brian Benney, Peter Connor, Don Vivian, Nancy Hayes, Kathleen Jesen and Lois Hayes.
