PUBLIC WORKS DEPT. HELP ihauriaki .Plains council Appreciation of the assistance- rendered by the Public Works Department by means of trucks and metal supplies for work done to the NgateaTurua main highway was expressed "by the county engineer, Mr E. Hazle-d'ine-IBarber at the April meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council. The council instructed the clerk to write to the Public Works Department, -Paeroa, expressing their thanks for the assistance. ; The County engineer commented that the work could mot have been done without the assistance.
