Plains County Council Meets The September meeting of the Hauraki Plains County Council was held at Ngatea on 'Wednesday, the chairman, Mr C. W. -'Parfitt, presiding. Others present were Crs. J. F. M'ayn, D. G. McMillan, W. H. Cheale, C. W. Schultz, F. Pinchess, A. H. 'Sutton, T. O’C'arroll, J. W- Neate, the county clerk, Mr E. A. Mahoney and' the county engineer, Mr E. HazledineBarber.
