AUTHORITY SITS IN PAEROA APPLICATIONS DEALT WITH At a sitting of the No. 1 Transport Licensing Authority held in the Paeroa Courthouse on Tuesday, a full calendar of applications was dealt with. The following goods service licenses were granted:—J. E. Angle, one vehicle authority; F. C. Beach, one vehicle authority; Brenan and Co., Ltd., I’s vehicle authorities; S. Bonnici, 1 vehicle authority; J. F. Carbutt, 1 vehicle authority; D. Dalgety, one vehicle authority; G. N< Dent, two vehicle authorities; H. A. Moore, one vehicle authority; Morrison Bros., one vehicle authority; J. C. Prescott, two vehicle authorities; D. Sheehan, one vehicle authority; C. C. (Short, one vehicle authority; H. and C. Vickerstaff, two vehicle authorities; Waihi Carriers, Ltd., eight vehicle authorities; C. C. Webb, one vehicle authority; A. Boyce, one vehicle authority.
Decision was reserved l in the following cases:—Stembridge and Sons, Ltd., N. W. H. Phelps, G. C. Mitehell, T. F. Kennedy. The following were granted ancillary users’ licenses:—B. G. Wilson, one vehicle authority; W. (P. Butler, one vehicle authority; C. J. Gleadow, one vehicle authority; D. T. Jordan, one vehicle authority; Leach and Weatherspoon, one vehicle authority; T. J. M'annix, 1 vehicle authority. The following taxicab licenses were granted.—L. S. Hair, one cab; R. R. Kilgour, one cab; L. F. Morgan, one cab; S. Bonpici, two cabs; C. Newman, one cab; ID. G. Mackie, one cab.
