COAST ROAD EROSION
GRASS ALSO OBSCURES VISION DANGER TO MOTORISTS At the December meeting of the Coromandel County Council a letter was read from the Public Works Department’s engineer at Paeroa drawing the council’s attention to the erosions on the Thames-Coromandel coast road; also the growth of grass which obscures vision, causing danger to motorists on bends when passing traffic.
