WEDDING BELLS ' CEREMONY IN COROMANDEL McKEDDIE—McQUOID A quiet wedding was solemnised at the ‘Presbyterian Church, Coromandel, on T‘*r?<lay, November I'7, when Ethel Laura, twin daughter of Mr and the Late Mrs D. R. McQuoid, of Coromandel, was carried to Roderick McKed'die, returned from service in the Middle East, son of Mr and the late Mrs McKeddie of Gisborne. The Rev. H. A. Moore, officiated.

The bride who was given away by her father looked very pretty in a dress of blue French marocain, with cream topper coat.and hat to match. She -carried a bouquet of pink and cream carnations and roses.

She was attended by Miss Jean Davies in a frock of white taffetas, carrying a bouquet of red and white roses, with posy in her hair to tone. Mr V. Powley acted as best man.

The wedding march was played by Mrs F. G. Wallace.

After the signing of the register the happy couple left the church amid showers of confetti.

The wedding breakfast was held at the iS'tar and 'Garter Hotel.
