PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act, 1925 and amendments the undersigned NORMAN YATES and CYRIL WELLS, both of Coromandel in New Zealand, Miners, hereby apply for a coal prospecting licence in respect of the following land which has been duly marked out for the purpose: ALL that fiiece or parcel of land containing 20 acres more or less situate on Section 4 and Motutere No. 1763 Blocks In Block Eleven of- ,the , Coromandel Survey District Bounded as appears on the sketch plan lodged with this application in the Warden’s Office at Coromandel , and thereon edged red.
