SERIOUS ACCIDENT
HEAVY FALL ON TO CONCRETE GIRL STILL UNCONSCIOUS While skylarking a week ago at Whitianga, Miss Mary Digby had the misfortune to fall heavily on concrete when she leaned against a door which was unhinged. 'She was taken to the Mercury Bay hospital and then removed some days later to Thames, by ambulance, where she was X-rayed. tShe is still in an unconscious condition. Miss Digby has only very recently taken up the position of school teacher at Whitianga. 'Her home is at Ashburton.
