SITE WANTED
SAWMILL ON PENINSULA APPLICATION TO THE COURT An application for a site on the foreshore from the iSilverdale (Sawmill Co., was granted at a sitting of the Warden’s Court held in Coromandel last Wednesday, Mr W. H. (Freeman, (S.M., presiding. Mr B. Clendon -ivho appeared in support of the application stated that the site was required as a business site for five years, the land required being miners’ lease. The company would undertake to fence shaft and maintain the fence, the house and right of access being excluded. The application was granted subject to reservations and conditions as stated.
