MEETING 'HEED AT KEREPEEHI
BEST BLOOM TO AIRS BURLING
The monthly meeting of the Kerepeehi branch of the Women’s Division was held in the Kerepeehi Hall on the evening of September 23. Mrs A. L. Fisher presided over a fair attendance of members.
Mrs E. A. Kidd read the balancesheet of the bring and buy afternoon held in aid of the United Orphanages appeal. A letter was read from the coordinating committee regarding sick airmen, and two members offered their homes if necessary.
Mrs J. T. (Burling, senr., won the points prize for the best bloom. A general discussion took place about parcels fo/'the local boys who are prisoners of war.
