GIFT AFTERNOON AT PIPIROA
MISS A. KEITH HONOURED
A very enjoyable gift afternoon was held last week at the home of Mrs A. McCauley of Pipiroa in honour ®f Miss A. Keith who is to be married shortly. The afternoon was passed away in games and competitions.
After a delicious afternoon tea had been served, Mrs H. Dalgety called •.on Miss Keith to accept the gifts from all who were present and. wished her every happiness in her future life. Miss Keith suitably replied and then assisted by Miss E. Keith opened the gifts. Among those present were:—Mrs L. Keith, Miss J. Keith, Miss C. Keith, Mesdames D. Dalgety, A. MacCauley, J. Mangan, Knox, Scott, McKearney, Parfitt, Btanderin, P. Clark, J. Brown, Schwarz, . J. Dalgety, M. Grbic O’Neil, H. Dalgety, AL Keane, Misses Warner, J. Keane, B. Bates, B. Rowntree, A. French, M. French (Waitakaruru), N. Keane, E. Schwarz,- M. O’Neil, J. Schwarb, B. Porter and M. McKay.
