The Government Country Library Request Service, whereby subscribers may obtain by post, at no extra cost, books not at the moment in theirlocal libraries, is- being made good use of at Kuaotunu. •
Wrongly Called Up
In a recent issue of the New Zealand Gazette notice was given cancelling the calling-up for the Armed Forces of Adolphus' Raymond Creed, a labourer of Whitianga and Joseph William Davis, a farm labourer of' Kuaotunu, because they were not members of the classes called up.
