COROMANDEL RATES
SAME AS LAST YEAR 3 5-16 d ON THE CAPITAL VALUE At the monthly meeting of the Coromandel County Council last week it was proposed by Cr. C. C. Rae and seconded by Cr. A. Watkin, that rates to be struck total the same as last year as under: — To show an amalgamated rate of 3 5-16 d in the S. on all rateable property in the county on the basis of the capital value. Also a special rate of Gd in the £ for the Coromandel water supply district.
That a rebate of 4 per cent, be allowed upon all amalgamated rates paid within 3'o days of due date.
