BERTHAGE FEES AT WHITIANGA
CHARGE CANNOT BE ALTERED
At the mon tidy meeting of the. Coromandel County Council Mr A. Watkins stated that the owners of fishing boats operating from Whitianga were protesting against, paying the 2s 6d berthage, due at the Whitianga wharf. After discussion it was pointed out by the clerk that this was the regulation charge and could not be altered. Councillor Watkins then asked that repairs he carried out to the winch etc on the wharf. This request was acceeded to.
