ART OF MENDING & DARNING
TRAINING BOYS IN CAMP
An enterpi’ising group of Invercargill women is seeing to it that the “home-and-family” touch is pot overlooked in military training. Once weekly a group of 30' women spends several hours instructing the boys in the gentle art of mending and darning sox. The men appear to like their class, for there is always a ready line-up.
