It went so far as to forbid the re-wrapping of any article that was already wrapped sufficiently to ensure the protection of the said article. „ We, the undersigned, reiterate that statement, and as from the 30th. April, 1942, it will not be possible for us to re-wrap articles so described. Where parcels are sent into the country by carriers they will be wrapped or cased and we would ask our Country Customers to co-operate and return paper or cases.
