ANNUAL BAZAAR
CHURCH OF ENGLAND
COOKING & FLOWER SECTIONS
The Church of England annual bazaar will be held in the Civic Ballroom on Friday next when there will be classes for sections of cooking and flowers.
The classes for cooking will be madeira cake, scones, sponge roll, shortbread, brown sponge, sponge with butter, fruit cake and sponge without butter.
In the section for flowers there will be classes for decorative bowl, best vase of stock (three heads), best case of roses (one each variety), best vase of sweet peas (six shades and three spikes of each).
Entries will close at noon on the day of the bazaar.
